Robot Gentleman, the independent games developer known for the atomic dark comedy adventures 60 Seconds! and 60 Parsecs! is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our studio ON-SITE in Poznań, Poland.

You have:
• Worked as a Quality Assurance Tester (or in another, similar QA role) in the games industry or another creative industry for at least 1 year
• Taken part in at least one project from inception to delivery, assisting the development team with production and post-release issues
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
Your skills include:
• Fluent English (minimum C1) – in speech and writing
• Familiarity with defect and test management processes and tools
• Understanding of the game development process and structure of game projects
• Capacity to analyse discovered issues and formulating feedback for the development team
• Great attention to detail and quality
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Understanding and analysing game flow of our games
• Detecting technical and content issues with our games, both in production and post-release stages
• Performing full scope of testing on our games, both in production and post-release stages
• Creating test cases, writing test plans and outlining testing scope for full product and feature levels
• Regular testing of new features and functionalities, on multiple devices and platforms, to ensure consistent performance and quality of our games
• Ensuring features meet acceptance criteria and quality standards before release
• Testing management process and taking ownership of full product or feature level test management frameworks
• Expanding your skills, knowledge and tools of trade
A bonus if you:
• Have experience working with the Godot Engine
• Are familiar with the indie games industry
• Have experience of closely collaborating with technical development team
• Have experience working in another position in games development
