For our client, we are seeking a Managing Director to lead and scale operations in Poland.
This role is suited for a driven, hands-on leader who will take ownership of business growth and market development.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, lead, and develop a newly formed business unit, including full people management responsibility.
• Drive organic business expansion in line with corporate objectives and locally identified growth opportunities.
• Assume end-to-end accountability for the business P&L, including ownership and execution of the unit’s budget.
• Collaborate closely with the wider group, actively contributing to the development and rollout of the Group’s overall strategy across markets.
Candidate Profile
• Academic background in a relevant discipline such as business administration, medicine, or another life-science–related field.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Polish, written and spoken.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment characterized by short decision paths, flat organizational structures, and a pragmatic management style.
• A strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and value for customers.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing close teamwork, open communication, and an informal yet highly committed working culture.
• A well-established network within the healthcare ecosystem, including healthcare institutions, authorities, and the pharmaceutical sector, is highly desirable. Experience in organizations delivering data, insights, or analytical services to healthcare and/or pharma will be considered an advantage.
