Key Duties and Accountabilities

Aftermarket Operations

  • Oversee the country-level Aftermarket profit and loss performance.

  • Drive consistent and long-term expansion of Aftermarket operations in alignment with the European Aftermarket strategy.

  • Deliver on Aftermarket objectives, including integrated workshops, independent service networks, service agreements, warranty management, training initiatives, and spare parts sales.

  • Expand and strengthen the service network to guarantee effective customer support.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously enhance client relationships and cooperation.

  • Adjust and tailor service offerings to meet evolving market demands.

  • Increase revenue and profitability from service contracts and spare parts.

  • Promote technical expertise and training both internally and externally.

  • Collaborate closely with the Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.


Team Leadership

  • Guide and develop a capable Management Team by mentoring members, fostering growth, and leading with integrity and professionalism.

  • Define clear performance objectives for direct reports, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.

  • Ensure succession planning by identifying talent, recruiting effectively, and supporting high-potential employees in partnership with HR.

  • Promote transparent communication and a fair, inclusive leadership approach across the organization.


Financial Oversight

  • Monitor workshop productivity and absorption rates to ensure financial targets are met.

  • Take full responsibility for Aftermarket financial performance, including profit and loss management.


Candidate Profile

Education and Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Solid understanding of refrigeration systems and electromechanics.

  • International exposure or experience is considered an advantage.

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset.

  • Proven leadership and managerial capabilities.

  • Proficient in standard computer applications, including MS Office and online tools.
