Dla naszego Klienta z sektora medycznego (MedTech), poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Technical Service Supervisor CEE&I.
Field service responsibilities.
- Customer-facing and technical service point of contact for client’s sales and marketing functions.
- Handling product technical evaluations, testing, and commissioning for new sales and turnkey projects.
- Driving service sales opportunities and contributing to Technical who for achieving country service revenue plans.
- You will supervise training and compliance.
- Handling remote or onsite troubleshooting and technical support.
- Supporting installations of PSS products.
- Coordinate with internal functions for spare parts ordering and reporting stock consumptions.
- Taking the responsibility of managing installation, and reporting all repair jobs and maintenance events according to company’s customer
- Coordinating with company’s local partner for logistical arrangements of parts and demo products stocking and deliveries.
Team Leader
- Customer-facing lead, working in the field and supervising the service team, a point of contact for company’s sales and marketing functions.
Administrative task:
- Reviewing technical submittals for new sale of products, parts, contracts, or any shape of agreements that requires delivering services and technical assistance.
- Capturing statistics and information about local spare parts tenders and being responsible of achieving annual service revenue plans.
- Local technical mentor for new hires.
